Team Leader - Food, Beverage, Gaming & Events
Full Time Opportunity at Club Central Hurstville!

We are growing and looking for our next superstar Team Leader – based at Club Central Hurstville!

About the role:

  • Support our Venue and Food & Beverage managers
  • Act as Deputy Chief Warden for training and emergency situations
  • Work in support of and collaboratively with our leaders, service team and chefs to ensure the delivery of seamless service whilst remaining compliant to RSA, RCG and WHS legislative requirements.
  • Paid above award salary $76,000p.a. + 11.5% superannuation and annual leave loading Level 5 in accordance with Registered and Licensed Clubs Award (2020)


Essential Criteria:

The following outlines the minimum requirement to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Available to work 38 hours per week across a 24/7 roster cycle
  • Current RSA, RCG & Allergy Awareness certification
  • An advocate for ICC Group in all dealings with members, guests & colleagues
  • Present a professional image on every shift
  • Consistently demonstrate our values and encourage others to do same
  • Confidently lead, coach & support our service team
  • Proactively drive 'Rewards and Recognition' & 'Performance Management'
  • Onboard, train and integrate our new starters
  • Ensure we deliver an exceptional guest experience to all 

 

The role of Team Leader is a diverse one that will see you operating across all areas including gaming, cash control, food service, events, and reception/concierge. This role includes scope for continued training, development, and progression to middle management and beyond.
