An exciting opportunity exists for a Chef to join our kitchen brigade with world class facilities in the heart of Hurstville!  Reporting to the Head Chef & Sous Chefs the role will create memorable dining experiences, with consistency in flavour and a variety of offerings.

Scope of the role:

• Will be working across different kitchens including Casual dining a la carte, banqueting & semi-fine dining (training will be provided)
• Working as part of a team of up to 8 kitchen staff on shift

Skills & experience:  

• Cert III Commercial Cookery
• Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent communicator.
• Flexibility to work around a varying roster
• Willingness to learn different sections & cuisines.
• Has a high level of personal morale and appearance.
• A positive and calm attitude
