Service Attendants (Bar, Gaming & Wait Staff) - Hurstville

We are seeking bubbly, energetic, professional team players who display exceptional customer service to join our Service Attendant team. 

 

As a frontline team member, you will have the opportunity to train and work across other departments including Bar, Bistro, Gaming, Reception, Cellar, Concierge, Functions & Events - just to name a few! Equally, if you are after career development you have also come to the right place.

 

We will provide all the necessary training for you; all you have to bring is a can do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to complete the job to a high standard. 

 

About You

  • Ability to work a flexible rotating shift roster.
  • No experience necessary. We provide all the training you need!
  • Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card!

Scope of the role:

  • Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Suggestive selling and recommendations 
  • Delivering and introducing our meals and drinks
  • Assisting in the bar making cocktails, mixed drinks, wine and beer
  • Greet, seat and welcome customers
  • Educates and informs customers of basic food and wine pairing
  • Amazing customer service with a smile!

Skills & experience:  

  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Prioritise effectively while maintaining a clean environment
  • Have a friendly and professional attitude
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Current NSW RSA/RCG essential (or willing to obtain before your start date)

Club Trading Hours at Hurstville are: Sunday to Thursday 10am to 4am, Friday and Saturday 10am to 6am. You must be able to work across these operating hours.
