IT Support Officer
Full Time - Hurstville

Reporting to the IT Manager, this diverse role will be responsible for providing application and network support to a wide variety of users across our venues. Build your skills in software, systems and hardware administration in a friendly and supportive team environment.


About the role:

  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Timely responses to service issues and requests
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer and scanners
  • Backup monitoring and management
  • Office365 and one drive management
  • Knowledge of managed switching, network patching, firewalls and routers - preferred but not essential, however, willing to work towards
  • Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server - preferred but not essential, however, willing to work towards

About you:  

  • Experience in a similar role for 2 years - preferred but not essential
  • Tertiary IT qualifications - or willing to work towards
  • Microsoft certification - or willing to work towards
  • Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s licence - driving to different locations is a necessity
