Embark on an exciting journey with our esteemed hospitality group, managing two iconic properties - Hotel Mountain Heritage in Katoomba and Falls Mountain Retreat in Wentworth Falls. As we continue to redefine hospitality in the Blue Mountains, we are actively seeking a dedicated Sales & Distribution Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence.


The Sales & Distribution Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive sales plans aimed at consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets. This involves cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners. The manager will collaborate closely with the team to ensure resonance with our target audience. They will also oversee both online and offline distribution channels, conducting regular market trend analyses to optimise room inventory and pricing strategies.


The role extends to conducting thorough market analyses, sourcing new business for our accommodation offerings, and researching new markets to contribute to the overall business growth. Client interaction is key, involving arranging and participating in business meetings, preparing sales contracts, and delivering professional quotations promptly.


Additionally, the manager will utilise existing networks and actively seek networking opportunities to represent the organisation and acquire new business. All the while ensuring the networking provides realistic projections for our return on investment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies within the hospitality industry.

  • Previous experience in sourcing business for accommodation and event spaces is highly desirable.
